  • 1. When is the breathwork session?

    All live calls take place on Tuesdays at 4:00 PM MST.
    We understand that schedules can be demanding, so if you're unable to attend a session in real time, rest assured—the full recording will be uploaded to the client portal within 24 hours. This allows you to stay on track with the content, revisit the material at your convenience, and never miss a moment of valuable insight and support.

  • 2. How long are the breathwork sessions, and what is the structure?

    Each session lasts an hour. The structure includes setting the tone for the call, followed by 30 to 40 minutes of breathwork. Afterward, there’s a period of active rest, and then we wrap up. Please note that there won’t be a sharing portion during these sessions, but you can bring your questions to the Q&A call that happens once per month.

  • 3. When is the Q&A call?

    The Q&A call is held during the last week of each month.
    If you're unable to attend live but have a question you'd like addressed, you can submit it in advance through the client portal. I’ll be sure to answer all submitted questions during the call so you still receive the support and guidance you need.
